Who operates the Hub
Impactful Canine Training LLC operates Impactful Canine Hub. Questions about this policy or a privacy request can be sent to team@impactfulcanine.com.
Information the Hub uses
- Staff account information, including name, work email, role, and sign-in identifiers.
- Business operations information, including schedules, tasks, lead activity, team messages, client and dog session notes, and authorized pay records.
- Security and service information, including sign-in events, error details, and timestamps needed to protect and operate the Hub.
- When mobile push notifications are enabled, a device push token, device platform, app version, and notification-delivery status.
How information is used
The Hub uses this information to schedule work, assign and complete tasks, maintain training handoffs, manage leads, support team communication, display authorized pay information, deliver requested notifications, troubleshoot problems, and secure the service.
Access and sharing
Access is limited by staff role. The owner can access the business command center. Trainers are limited to their authorized schedules, tasks, notes, messages, and pay information. Trainers do not receive access to another trainer's private workspace or pay information.
The Hub does not sell personal information and does not use it for third-party advertising. Service providers may process information only to host, secure, or deliver the Hub. These providers include Supabase and Vercel, and—when mobile notifications are enabled—Expo, Apple Push Notification service, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Retention and deletion
Staff accounts are created and managed by Impactful Canine Training LLC; the Hub does not offer public account registration. When access is no longer needed, the business disables the account and removes or retains associated business records according to operational, security, tax, employment, and legal requirements.
A current or former staff member may request access, correction, or deletion review by emailing team@impactfulcanine.com. A request does not require the deletion of records that the business is legally or operationally required to retain.
Device permissions
The planned mobile apps request notification permission only when the user chooses to enable alerts. Notification permission can be changed in the device settings. The mobile shell is not intended to request background location, contacts, microphone, or photo-library access.
Security and updates
The Hub uses encrypted network connections and database access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. This policy will be updated when the Hub's data practices or mobile features materially change.
